All rates based on double occupancy and do not include gratuities of 7% Maine State tax. Add $20.00 for any additional person. A $20.00 surcharge will apply to one night reservations for July, August and Holiday weekends. The advance deposit of one night’s rent may be paid by credit card or check. Credit cards will be processed at the time the reservation is made and checks must be received within ten days from the date of reservation. Deposit will be credited to the last night of the reservation. Balance must be paid in full upon arrival. Cots and cribs available for $20.00 per night. Surcharge may apply on weekends and Holidays.
CANCELLATIONS: Deposits, less a $25.00 processing fee, are refundable providing written cancellation is received TWO WEEKS prior to reservation date. On notices received less than TWO WEEKS, deposits will be refunded subject to rental for the remaining units. No refunds for early departures or unused portion of packages, unless the rooms are rented for the remainder of the period.
Check Out time is 11AM and Check In time is 2PM. Free parking for one car per room, extra car may incur an additional fee. The Sea Latch facilities are for registered guests only. All visitors must sign in at the office and must depart by 10PM.
The Sea Latch DOES NOT accept pets of any kind.

The above units contain kitchens with stove, sink, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker toaster, and basic dishes, tableware, pots, and pans. Bed linens provided but we do not furnish towels, paper products, or soap in any of the above units. NO Maid Service. Coin operated laundry facility available for our guests. Cribs and cots are available for $20.00 charge per day. SORRY, NO pets!
Please Read the Following Sea Latch Information Carefully:
- The rates are subject to change without notice. All prices are based on the occupancy listed above. A $10 daily charge ($70 per week) applies for each additional person. All reservations of 2 Weeks or more are eligible for a 10% DISCOUNT. Rates do not include the 7% Maine State tax.
- The Sea Latch premises are for registered guests only. All visitors must stop at office. The pool is for registered guests ONLY. Check In time is 2PM and Check Out time is 10AM.
- A $300.00 deposit for each week rented is required and may be paid by credit card, check or money order in US funds to confirm the reservation. The deposit, less a $25.00 processing fee, is refundable subject to rental of the weekly accommodations.
